With the completion of Pinetree's consolidation into Colorado, we wish Jeff and Patti a bright future and already miss them. We will continue to have in place a program to provide coverage for customers when our location was out of action. Our entire tape drive and tape library inventory has been moved to Colorado and is available to ship today. Our repair capability is just as broad and strong as it ever was, as our team members have the depth of experience in the repair of the tape drive backup products.

We offer Sun StorEdge (Sun Storage) LTO product repair services. Tape drive repair and Storagetek (STK) tape library repair remain a focus of our team. Our technical team members are able to repair the M4 Data 9914 and M490E products, as well.
Pinetree continues to expand the line of Sun StorEdge (Sun Storage) tape libraries that can be repaired and serviced on-site.
