2-Tier Flat Rate Pricing

For our customers that require flat rate pricing, Pinetree offers a 2-tier flat rate repair program.  Our flat rate repair charges are divided into two categories, minor and major.

Minor charges ...

... will cover such items as leader replacements, cleanings, alignments, and basic FRU repairs.

Major charges ...

... will cover such items as head assemblies, motors, and other major repair items.

Our flat rate repairs are covered by a 120 day complete unit warranty.
