We have added the repair of the SUN SL500 robot to our skill set. The process has provided a successful repair for the last 6 months. This gives us confidence in the process. The turn around time is 3 to 5 days in the plant.
Pinetree Peripherals is offering on site service for the Quantum libraries and tape drives in the Front Range of Colorado. The program is being kicked off with special pricing for the first 10 customers. Our experience of providing service for the past 10 years on the equipment gives us a knowledge base to deliver quality maintenance.
SDLT repair process continues to deliver a quality product to the customer. Our experience has a proven track record for the past 7 years. Our customers’ input will be used generate the quality report in July 08 to show the level of acceptance.
